HorseBlends Refund & Return Policy
At HorseBlends, we care deeply about your satisfaction — and your horse’s wellbeing.
If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.
To start a return, please contact us at info@horseblends.com with your order number and a short note explaining the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and simple instructions.
Please note:

Returned products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are available for:

Damaged or faulty products

Incorrect items sent

Orders cancelled before dispatch
Refunds are not available for:

Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened
Exchanges
Need to swap an item? We’re happy to arrange an exchange for unused products — just reach out to info@horseblends.com and we’ll guide you through it.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process a full refund right away.
